When you are going on a date with a woman that refuses flowers you might just use this as an excuse to save some money and agony on when and where to get the bouquet. This will probably be accepted by a woman that for one reason or another asks you kindly to refrain from bringing flowers to the date. For all you know she might be allergic to certain flowers and she doesn't want to bother you with getting the specific kind that she likes.

Yes, you can certainly bring jewelry on a date instead of flowers but the trick is to strike the right balance. You don't want to get something tacky and cheap but you also don't want to come across as a mad man ready to get married on the first date. Consider what it would cost you to get a nice bouquet of flowers and get something of the same price class.  A nice pearl bracelet in many colors feels and look a bit like flowers and you could present it just like the little flower bracelet you got for you prom date!

There are many cool knick knacks that work well as ice breakers on a date. You can get her a little puzzle that also works as a key ring or something more creative. All you have to do to find these special things is to search online shops for the coolest gifts. This kind of thing will most likely cost you a lot less than flowers but they will make a much better impact and also stay in use for longer.

Will she ever want flowers?

It is hard to tell why a woman doesn't want flowers and maybe you are hoping that she will change her mind. After all, flowers are so romantic and an easy solution for a guy without much imagination. Maybe she will change but don't count on it! It is better you stay prepared to surprise her with other things. You might find it so much fun to get other gifts instead of flowers that you make it your habit on all dates now and in the future!
