Sexting The New Phenomenon

There is a new phenomenon amongst dating nowadays, and that is sexting. The new phenomenon involves couples having sexual relations through text. Similar to phone text or instant messaging, texting has become the new way in which to make your other half miss you. It can be quite graphic at times, and giving the tag sexting it really can be exciting for everyone involved.

It does beg the question though, that before mobile phones and the internet how couples communicated intimately when they were away from each other. Of course the answer is that they would have done it through the form of love letters. More in the way of poems and rhymes, true feelings were put more subtly than the way in which we do so today.

The only thing with texting or sexting is that it really doesn't leave a lot to the imagination. In the most part we only have 160 characters to describe and depict what we want to say, and this does not leave a lot to the English language. We abbreviate words and in some cases butcher the English language to a point of extinction.

In the way we abbreviate things nowadays, sexting really can become an interesting pastime for many couples. To make you feel awkward at work, or get you excited at a time that isn't relevant can make life a little more interesting. If there is any way in which you can spruce up a dull day at work, what better way is there than to do so with your partner.

With the speed you can now do it at, it gives you the opportunity to build up a rapport and quick response with your girlfriend. The amount of messages you can get in is something out of the ordinary. For example within ten minutes you could have sent up to ten texts within that time. And got ten responses, which really does give you some room for manoeuvre.

Sexting is something we should all try at some point; it allows us to be creative and spontaneous with our partners. And this is something that there is not enough of when it comes to life, we live somewhat laboured and uninteresting lives at points, and sprucing up isn't hard.

If there is any way in which you can build up a life of spontaneity, sexting will surely have something to do with it.
