We all need to acknowledge the fact that all dates are essentially interviews. I think you should write that down to be honest. Because given the fact that we need to give ourselves the best opportunity of success when it comes to dates, we need to realise this fact.
An interview is partaken under the agreement that two parties are trying to decipher if both parties are compatible for each other. Much like an interview, dates are essentially the same phenomena even if the motives are somewhat different.
On a date the nerves are undoubtedly up, especially given the amount of time it may have been since the two of you got laid. So knowing that you are both going to be nervous there needs to be an icebreaker. This is an element that is consistent on an interview as well. There are questions fired back and forth until the two of you decide whether you think you are suited to the role.
In most dates the women will be seen as the hirer, after all it is almost certain that the male has initiated the date. As the employer, a woman must be seen to be acting professionally or classy on a date, but they must extract the correct information from someone in order to get the right result. It is after all the next significant period of her life.
What she will expect in return is that you act professional yourself, in other words you need to be polite gentlemanly and pick up the bill at the end of the date. If you don't do this, then you probably won't make the cut, in fact you will probably end up blacklisted and if your name ever comes up again for any other jobs (her friends) you won't get those roles either.
So if you want the job as her new boyfriend, remember a few things. Firstly make sure that you are able to pay for the bill no matter where she takes you. Always make sure that you answer all of her questions in a way that makes you appear passionate and ambitious.
These are two things in a relationship and in an interview that will be useful to you. If you think an answer may be risky then just don't say it, there is after all a line between being funny on an interview and being inappropriate. Do things right and you'll get the job.
