If you find your man trying to move in the middle of your friends and come between you then you need to do something about it.
Your man may try to take you away from your friends by making things awkward when you are out together. As well as becoming funny when you are about to embark on a night out with your friends. If there is any way in which they can disrupt your life with your friends then they will do it. If you feel like this then you need to do something about it.
The reason men do this is they generally feel insecure. They suspect everyone is trying to undermine them and take them away from you when you are just getting cosy. Given the fact that you are together this should be enough but for men that are insecure and inevitably jealous this is not the case.
Even with your female friends these types of men will suspect that they are trying to take you away from them. Male friends are even more scrutinised by your partners given their obvious motives against you and their ability to steal you from under their nose. These type of men will stop at nothing to keep you as theirs but by doing so will ultimately push you away.
So what do you do? Well you need to weigh up whether you can talk things through and work past it. But the chances are unfortunately that if your man has these issues then you won't be able to work through them. Things will progressively get worse and you will only drift further apart eventually breaking up.
So it is most likely that you should cut your losses whilst you can and move on with your life beyond the man you are with. The separation will be a lot harder for the man in your life and that will be hard on you but you need to look out for number one.
You can however try to take charge of your life whilst still in the relationship. Demonstrate the ability to have your friends and your partner at the same time. Make it clear to your partner that you won't be able to make cuts in your life for your man but at the same time you are loyal to him and love him. If you do this then you have a chance of having the best of both worlds.
