A man with a great work ethic is an attractive proposition to a woman more so than many other attributes nowadays. A passionate man who loves his work is a reliable man, and reliability in this time of recession is something most women look for in a man. Men who they are looking to start a family with are the men they look for a good work ethic in mainly.

Women see men as propositions; they see each man as either a good catch or someone they do not want to end up with. Men are put to the test on many different levels, but their work ethic and their passion are attributes they give much attention to. They see passion as a great sign of things to come.

They believe they can read a lot into a man's future by working out his passion for something. A man's passion gives him his drive in life; you are able to learn so much from someone who is into his work. They will put all their efforts into their family life when they eventually get one. And families for women are the x factor; they determine exactly where they are going in life.

The nucleus of a family is crucial for most women as they dream of it from a young age. This of course is different to most men, but with men, passionate men, it seems to hit them more when they actually get a family. They realise that the responsibility of bringing up a child with the woman you love is something to die for.

Suddenly men realise that they have something more important than work, and if there is something more important than work to a man then it must be important. The passion is such that any passion a good working man has for his family will be great. This is why women look so deep into these sorts of things and pay it so much attention.

So an employee of the month award might knock your social life in the short term, but in the long run it could pay dividends. You could bag yourself the right woman, with the right attitude in the workplace. Living life to the full is great but there comes a time for responsibility and having a family is that time, so if you are passionate about life you will find a woman easily.
