The Glass Ceiling of Love

Love has a glass ceiling at the best of times, just when we think everything is going well the roof seems to fall in on us. No matter how many times we try to be happy sometimes it just seems to be working against us and it never seems to work out.

We live life by the book, eat well get our rest, treat our girls the right way yet we still wake up one morning realising that our women have fallen out of love with us. They no longer cook for us or bring us coffee in the morning, we have to go to them for affection and sex is a no altogether.

So what did we do to get this result? You were most likely just too busy being you; you work so hard at trying to be right that you don't really do anything fun. You live life by the book and think that everyone judges you on your life but in reality life isn't lived by the book and your girlfriend wants someone who can grab life by the balls.

If you can change yourself like few can then you have a great chance at getting your girl back. And you need to have a combination of the old you and the new you to keep her. But in most cases this is unlikely and the end result will be you alone with nothing to do and no one to love.

So do yourself a favour and get back into love with life, love every new experience and enjoy instead of endure relationships. If you are too busy being you then you won't keep the girl in your life happy, you need to try and be versatile, be yourself but try to be the person she wants you to be at times. If you can manage to be a hybrid of both then you will stand yourself in good stead.

Everyone who is in your circle of friends will judge your life but if you do the things discussed here they will only judge it in a positive light. There may not be an easy get out if you find your life in the doldrums with your girlfriend slowly slipping away from you but if you think you can rescue it, try.

Everyone suffers from the glass ceiling effect but it is how you deal with it that says most about you.
