We all get hurt in love, its part of the game unfortunately. There are winners, and there are losers every day the same process is repeated all over the world to everyone at some point.
We have our hearts broken, we break hearts ourselves it is just the way it is. But the ones that hurt should be remembered as opposed to being left feeling bitter. You should learn from the pain and anguish and let something good come of the hurt and betrayal.
The hardest part in a relationship is getting rejected. Again we all get rejected at some point during our lives and it's a harsh reality of life that is not easy to overcome. But time is a great healer, and with this time we should collect our thoughts and rejuvenate our minds in order to become better people.
Not that we weren't good people before, but we are more well rounded individuals, we can take criticism on the chin and become pragmatic. In an adult life, things are cruel and unexpected but you can either sit around and feel sorry for yourself or do something about it.
They say if you fall off the bike to just jump right back on, and in love there is no better advice that can be given. If you get hurt in love, the best way to get over someone is to get on someone else. This advice of course only lasts a short while but there is every chance you will feel a whole lot better for a short time.
Unfortunately for most, they are so torn up and hurt from rejection that they can barely pick up the confidence to go out. Let alone have the confidence to go and pick a woman up from a random bar. So many turn to friends in order to make themselves feel better. And if your friends feel a connection to you, you may become romantically involved but if they don't then you will cause an awkward situation.
This is the last thing you want to be doing given that you will need your friends in the coming weeks and months, some of the hardest of your life. So don't do anything rash and unpredictable, be rational and work hard at improving yourself. If you can improve yourself then you will be able to get yourself back on the straight and narrow.
